Hi Dear ！Firecracker is a design research institute in pursuit of simpleness, experience and innovation, which mainly focuses on the information structure arrangement of internet product, reconstruction and plan of product, interactive flow and method, visual creation and performance and the establishment of enterprise brand.

We have international design standard and forward-looking design thinking. We can not only create special brand concept based on the particularity of project and plan a unique interactive experience according to the product form, but also break through the design concept of localization and template and further pursue the international and professional interactive experience design.

The type and business demand for internet product are correctly controlled. Moreover, the abundant product interactive model experience provides guarantee for product click retention rate (DAU user activity). Meanwhile, optimum solution can be provided to the final display efficiency according to the actual content of product on the aspect of docking cooperation with technology. In fact, we have experienced different kinds of internet product businesses, and we have provided creative and usable design for more than 60 international and domestic customers during these 8 years. Furthermore, we have constructive suggestions (CR transfer rate) on the interactive model affected during the transfer from product format to commercial model. I have ever served for the core products in Mi TV, Mi locking screen pictorial, Mi Video, Short Video, 36kr, Headlines Today, VUE，Topbuzz, SnapPea (SnapPea browse), Tiger Brokers, Diandian, Papa and other large internet companies. What’s more, I have helped several entrepreneurial teams not only to establish the brand in the very beginning, but also achieve billions of financing and AB shift financing. Besides, we have also optimized the interactive design for product with more than 500 million Yuan of online Q1 advertisement income and replaced the product. My current position is the Director of UED Department in Mi TV.
